Best DIY Body Scrub For Glowing Skin! | Esthetician Recipe | Chris Gibson

Today I am giving you my best DIY Body Scrub For Glowing Skin! This is such a simple thing to make but it will do wonders for your skin. All you need is some oil and epsom salt! Enjoy!

Instructions:

1 and 1/3 cup of epsom salts
up to 2/3 cup coconut, almond, or olive oil
2-3 drops of your favorite essential oil

Mix epsom salts with half the oil slow addingmore until you get a mixture that is crumbly like crushed ice. Add essential oil and store in air/water tight container.

Hi Chris been a while but love your videos ❤. I LOVE my spa days and my niece and her mom and her son will be out for three days. so this is my time. I just ordered some a container of coconut oil and some more different fruit flavors to add to my butters and srubs from Amazon that will arrive today. I have a bag of Epson salt and will give this a try 😊. I don't know if I would use this on my face.

Hi I’m wondering why we need to wash the oil off afterwards? Can’t we just rinse the salt off and leave the coconut oil on the skin?
