As someone who makes their own body products a lot and have for years (used to have a biz doing this), a couple of things to understand here. The minute you add water you either keep it in the fridge and use it within two weeks if not sooner, or you MUST use a preservative to prevent bacteria from growing. The sugars from the honey will actually speed up the bacteria and mold growth process.

I’m not saying don’t make your own but know how to do so safely.

One tip I have, add coffee grounds if you want it to be more exfoliating, I've made two baby scrubs before, one with coffee grounds, one without, and the one with coffee grounds was much more exfoliating

Hi when your gonna make this DON’T use powered sugar because when you mix in the water it will turn into liquid. Use granulated sugar in the future!😊

Just use coconut oil, honey and sugar or salt. You could use other oils too if you don't like or have coconut oil at home, I have used olive oil several times before and it works just as well.
You don't need the fragrance, shower gel or water. If you use only natural ingredients it won't mold and you can keep it outside the fridge for weeks. Even without a lid if you want (I was curious and wanted to know how long it took to go bad just sitting out if I forgot it somehow, it didn't.)
