Nice video ! I have to say though, that fondue was made totally wrong because you can see it was "split", meaning the fat was separated from the cheese. Probably because they didn't melt it down slowly enough. That's a typical mistake, but it should never happen in a restaurant, especially with such a high price !
Next time, you should go to Fribourg, Valais, Vaud or even Genève, swiss germans don't know how to do fondue 👅

The fat should not be separated from the rest.

Es fehlt oder zu wenig Maizena, das ist Maisstärke, dies verhindert das trennen. Sollte doch ein Koch wissen.😱
There is not enough or no cornstarch, which prevents the mixture from separating. A cook should know that.😱

top rated? i think you missed the best one there ...Fondue Villa....4.9stars....and an unlimited cheese flow always included....seems you have to come back to Switzerland to try their local Alpine cheese fondue!!

Also liebe Leute, ich bin Schweizer und ich liebe Fondue und koche es auch selber. Aber das Fondue hier sieht voll Scheisse aus, das Fett hat sich vom Käse getrennt, das darf nicht sein es sollte eine gleichmässige, sämige Konsistenz haben. Nein das kann nicht schmecken! Das ist kein Schweizer Fondue, Schande über dieses Restaurant.
Well, dear people, I am Swiss and I love Fondue and I cook it myself. But the fondue here looks like crap, the fat has separated from the cheese, that shouldn't be happening, it should have an even, creamy consistency. No, that can't taste good! That is not Swiss fondue, shame on this restaurant.

You poor Guyes.
You just hit a Tourist Restaurant.
Raclette traditionell is without any Meet.
Just Raclette Cheese, Patatoes and Pickles.
Fondue looks verry smeary full of Oil.
The texture is devenitly wrong.
But hope you enjoyed it.
Maybe next time you’ll get the real Swiss Food in the mountains 🥰
