I LOVE the animation in this ad. It's a lot more detailed and lively than the actual episodes of the time. The animation of Krusty at 0:18 - 0:20 is hilarious, and I like the drops of sweat flying when the rubber mask comes off (a very realistic detail, I must point out), and I enjoyed seeing Bart in his detective trenchcoat and hat at the end.

Ahoyhoy! this was the first time I watched this commercial and I must point out that the first one had a dead giveaway to whom laid their phalanges upon young Bartholomew's candy confection; it was the big shoes ! and the hat that he was wearing utop his head, if I'm not mistaken, was the very same design as the one he wore in that Treehouse of horror episode where krusty was the dagger guy.
