Ex-homeless here.
I spent many many nights sleeping at an internet cafe in Sydney Australia for $12 a night while working a manual labor job.
Glad you can lay down in the one you slept at.
Best of luck on your journey, my brother.

Editing to say congratulations on reaching 100k subscribers brother!!!! Let's goooo!

Staying $11.00 a night at Internet Cafe seems much comfortable than staying on a tent.
Wanted to see more city life in Tokyo.

Thanks for sharing this man. Im not homeless anymore, but a few years ago I would've given anything to be in a place where you have internet and a place to sleep for $12. That's crazy. Here in the US, when I was traveling from west coast to east coast, you couldn't find anything under $50...and even those were sketchy and dangerous. Japan seems to be pretty kind to poorer people.

Wish you the best man!

As a foreigner, what really blew my mind is the unlimited soft cream inside the Internet Cafes. It’s like $5 in McDonalds in Canada so for $11, to stay overnight, the sift cream alone was worth it. This doesn’t even include the unlimited drinks which are way more than just soft drinks

It would be nice to you interview other homeless in Japan.

Skateboard is great transport there. Its flat ground.
Remember to add extra salt in your diet when you drink a lot of water. Electrolytes very important with water intake.
Stay safe.

That is a good deal for $11 they would charge $150 a night in America for something like this. This is a great resource to have if you’re having hard times.

The climb to 100K is happening!!! Congrats. Keep up the great "Slice of life" content. I love seeing real life side of Japan.

I hope you consider a campervan (once you make enough money). I don't know if RV parks are normal in Japan (like in US). But I have lived in an RV since 2016. They have everything you need. You can add a mount on back for the moped you are getting. And of course you can still skateboard (but when you want to). Remember that it does not get easier to do stuff as we grow old. But a campervan would solve a lot of the problems of being homeless while still earning an income. Especially when it is really bad weather.

Seems like it doesn't matter where you go in Japan, you will always find beauty there. I need to get out there for a vacation before I get too old.
