my 3 tips for running

1. Run from toes to heel
2. As shown in the video keep your chest up and swing your arms tight and front to back
3. the double nasal inhale! if you've never tried this before the double nasal inhale is something you can focus on when running, not only will it keep your mind busy you will feel like you are catching those deep breaths constantly!

I'm not a professional runner by any means but I run 5-10km a day purely for my mental and physical health... and to get away from the Mrs ahaha
