on mine i had to change the authority to users and not administrators, it is dependent on the label you have given access as admin. Worked great thanks!

It worked for me, partly. Partly because now I have both options shown in the menu. Is this bad?

Thank you very much friend, I broke my head to use the cmd by the shortcut by pressing Shift and the right mouse button. After this update of Windows 10 Creators Update only appears the option to use command by Powershell. But thanks to your tutorial you now have the option to use cmd command in the context menu.

I tried and after selecting Replace all child object permit entries with inheritable permission entries from this object it pops up Windows Security box. Unable to save permission changes on Powershell access is denied. I'm just wanting to be able to right click on folders and batch rename file extensions.

Right-click on the taskbar and select "Properties. Go to the Navigation tab and uncheck the box labeled "Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShell in the menu when I right-click the lower-left corner or press Windows-X." When you go back to the Win+X menu, you should see your familiar Command Prompt option return
