Yummylicious Arbi Kofta Kebabs​

​Ingredients:​

- 250 Gram Arbi/ Colocasia Roots​
- 3-4 Tbsp Water Chestnut Flour (Singhade ka Atta)​
- 1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped​
- ½ Inch Ginger, Finely Chopped​
- 1 Tsp Carom Seeds​
- Rock Salt as Per Taste​
- 2 Tsp Oil​

​Instructions: ​

Step 1- Boil the Colocasia Roots till they become soft
Step 2- Peel them all and add the rest of the ingredients
Step 3- Mash well and mix everything uniformly
Step 4- While shaping the kofta, you can apply oil to your palms as the mixture is sticky
Step 5- Shape them in a cylindrical form or as you like
Step 6- Air fry the kebabs in Tesora Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 200°C with some oil, till it turns golden brown
