Someone not under the influence jumps into a tiger enclosure to be ‘one’ with the tiger isn’t mentally ill? Unless he had a prior brain injury or physical brain disorder, I’d say the chances of mental illness are pretty high. His tiger obsession and increasingly bizarre posts point to someone with at least a percolating mental illness.
