Drone video shows Hamas' destruction at Israel music festival

Around 1,400 Israelis and Palestinians are dead two days after Hamas launched an attack that caught Israel's vaunted military and intelligence apparatus completely off guard and led to fierce battles in its streets for the first time in decades.

After breaking through Israeli barriers with explosives at daybreak Saturday, an estimated 1,000 Hamas gunmen rampaged for hours, gunning down civilians and snatching people in towns, along highways and at a techno music festival attended by thousands in the desert. Palestinian militants have also launched around 4,400 rockets at Israel, according to the military.

This was not an act of war!! As ugly as war is, no matter how justified & noble, civilians should never intentionally be targeted!! Murdering unarmed civilians, raping defenseless women, taking innocents as hostage, torture, the barbarous slaughter of children & babies in the most horrendous ways, burning civilians alive, targeting the dwellings of civilians with rockets & bombs are not acts of honor in a time of war.

All of this was done offensively. They attacked. It was not a defensive move. Those evil cowards were not threatened by those civilians who posed no danger to them. This act was the embodiment of EVIL and is deserving of no consideration of civility or honor. EVIL can not be negotiated with. It can only be destroyed and eradicated in its entirety. There can be no lasting peace while such evil exists in your presence. Anyone who justifies, supports or gives comfort to this evil are themselves evil and must be condemned as if they had themselves committed those unspeakable acts.
