Finally, we are back at the silo again, and things here are as chaotic as it was expected, considering the last time we saw them, they had witnessed Juliette making it through after being sent out for cleaning. But there are a lot of interesting developments that will indicate the future of the series and also hint at the larger things at play here outside of the silo. Even though Juliette isn’t focused in this episode, we do get to see the repercussions of her actions and everyone around her reacting to them. Let’s dive into the second episode of Silo season 2 and explore some of the interesting details that you might have missed.

I have NOT read the books. My crazy-ass Theory is:

Juliette will become Bernard's Shadow.

I think Juliette will somehow make it back to Silo 18 and will help Bernard put down the rebellion--because Juliette knows that people will die if they go outside. In return for her assistance, Bernard is "forced" to accept Juliette as his Shadow. Which makes her next-in-line to Lead the Silo, and privy to all the secrets of the silos, and the book, The Order.

Also, Juliette may learn things in Silo 17 that even Bernard does not know. This would cement the relationship between Juliette and Bernard: he can benefit from the knowledge she has from Silo 17; and she can benefit from being his Shadow & the knowledge/secrets Bernard has about Silo 18.
