I hired someone to do all the breathing and blinking for me. So far I’ve saved 34.691 seconds this week!

If you’re selling someone a $25, 000, 000.00 condo, you ain’t showing up in a uber 😂

As private chauffeur.

I only have one client like this. When he's in town I make 4-14 hrs per day/$100phr . I make great money, but my guy is doing everything from eating, business calls, and napping in the back seat.

You pick up all the friends, clients, food, and alcohol.

I will say it's motivation because I've never met anyone else as productive. And if I get tired and can't keep up(get tired), I get replaced.

No, Uber wouldn't achieve the same thing. Uber limits the passenger and the driver..

And uber upcharges the passenger and pays the driver way way less than what I would charge/make

I get these comments but he's probably right being able to work while being driven around manhattan rather than being stuck behind the wheel for multiple hours a year.

Makes sense, you swap the time your driving to now being able to be in the back undertaking meetings and selling other homes when you would be driving.

I mean if your job requires to to travel to meetings and 5-10 properties a day. I’m sure all that time in the back seat making calls and answering emails vs driving buys back a lot of opportunity.

Exact same math I used to realize I needed to hire someone to flush my toilet for me. Think of how much time you waste flushing your own waste down the toilet and how many extra homes you can sell by not having to flush the toilet yourself.

For a agent selling high end in manhattan, you NEED a chauffeur. If you are showing 5+ homes a day all over town, the taxi/uber would cost $200+. Do you really want to take a random taxis with your client while showing even a $1 mil condo? Driver & Escalade is there waiting for you downstairs, to go to next appointment.

Any task you have that can be done by someone else who makes less than you is a net gain for you.

I used to outsource my sleep to other people. Unsurprisingly, i soon got tired of it. Real tired man...

He is actually removing stress from the job and adding more time to think which will allow him to sell more homes. At his price point that’s millions of dollars.

It works for his business, which is high-end luxury real estate. Driving takes mental bandwidth. He can focus on closing deals in NYC traffic if he is being chauffeured. According to his website, his real estate firm has crossed $4 billion in real estate sales.

This is the exact same reason I buy the highest quality power tools for my business. The $400 versus the $100 tool will make itself back 10 times by the end of the month sometimes.

I'd imagine in New York City the amount of time saved by not being responsible to find a parking spot for your transportation adds up to hours of time saved each week. His driver just drops him off at the front door everywhere he goes. That will pay for itself very quickly being a business owner and getting that time back every single day to be used better elsewhere. I can easily see how he could sell an extra property a week having that driver.

If I got rich, I'd hire me that as well and a chef. Two of the most tedious tasks in my life.

That’s why I hired a blunt roller. I saved tons of time not having to roll my own or pack my bowl. Unfortunately I quit smoking so now he’s my driver!

All the people making fun of him are people whose time isn’t worth anything. It’s makes sense for this guy to outsource various things because his time is actually valuable.

That is the mind of someone who cannot stop working.
