Mad Mouse front seat on-ride 5K POV @60fps Little Amerricka America

This Allan Herschell mad mouse coaster was relocated from Enchanted Forest (later known as Splash Down Dunes) in Chesterton, Indiana in 1993. Although 34 of these junior wild mouse coasters were produced, only two still remain in operation. Do you know where the other is located?
Little Amerricka is located near Madison in Marshall, Wisconsin.

We used to have one of these rides at the Fort Worth Zoo back in the early 80s and I sure miss it.
