Wow. Not only has the Lord given our pastor His Words to convey His truths in Joshua but also how timely this message and the string of messages have been for 2020 (renewal) and now 2021 (New beginnings). Additionally blessed since I had been talking to God about wanting to study the book of Joshua but never quite launching that desire. I almost spit out my coffee (at least I would have been at home to do so this morning) when you said, "Sometimes we seek council to find a work around for the clear commandments that God is giving us. I hit those truths during a couple of intense trials in 2019. I later referred to these times of seeking council for the purpose of getting another or others to agree with what I wanted to do and not what I knew God wanted me to do as looking for loopholes. So glad and grateful Our Lord is so willing to help us navigate those times when our faith is tested. Thank you for this powerful Word today along with the worship and the update on Harper. Love God.
