I use Amazing Herbs liquid which says it’s 5 grams per tsp. Only 1.2% though. I take once a day. Now I wonder if that’s too much?

Is that safe for someone with Hashimoto thyroiditis, MS, Celiac subcutaneous lupus and after getting covid and my liver enzymes going sky high ALT was 500 AST 412 I was hospitalized but I am still having problems and the ultrasound results were enlarged liver, Coarsened and Heterogeneous liver ? I don’t drink never really did because I don’t care for alcohol I’m 60 and not obese so I think maybe it may be autoimmune also and this liver is to the point of hurting pressure and it has been hurting prior to covid doctors thought it was my kidney stones because I had flank pain and got ultrasound for the stones but it was hurting in the front right side of my abdomen for almost two years . I have to follow up with GI next week see how far this liver disease has become I hope not cirrhosis? But is this safe for all of these other issues ? My tsh is 0.008 my t3 is 221 my t4 2.2 is this hashimotos thyroiditis? I have hypothyroidism. Was on 50 mcg of levothyroxine. My thyroid went crazy during pregnancy, extremely low tsh and normal t3 t4. So I was given liothyronine and levothyroxine, and it resulted in high t3 t4 and extremely low tsh
