😅 For anybody taking black seed oil for the first time, please don’t take it alone and in slow motion the first time. Be prepared for a horrible taste. I take mine in a small shot of black coffee and cinnamon. Still nasty but it helps. Regardless of what you try, it is definitely worth it! Get the capsules if you can’t handle it, but don’t stop!
