I remember when my best friend and her children moved away to another country then randomly came back after 3 years without telling me. I was sitting in church when they walked in and I turned around, I saw the kids and I was in shock then I burst into tears. I always used to think people who cried on TV shows like X Factor, Britain's Got Talent etc were dramatic, until it happened to me and I realised that shock from joy could actually make you cry.
