She is right. Having savoury breakfasts is a game changer. Like you can finally control your hunger for the rest of the day! Without much effort.

People she’s advocating for the addition of protein not the erasure of oats. Eat your oats just add protein that’s all. This is a short not the entire video.

Her advice and strategy has worked for me ❤️

I had a different experience with oats *without* honey, just sweetened with some berries. And with plant milk, cinnamon, some walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Kept me filled for 6 hours last winter.

You’ve helped me so much. I feel better throughout the day, I’m not obsessing counting calories, I’m not having many cravings and if I do crave something, I get over it fast and easy (like, a 30 second craving standing at my fridge instead of a 30 minute one), and I finally reached my goal weight after two years with so much less stress than popular method “diets” I’ve tried. My microbiome is thriving. You’re changing my life and my health.

“Whole fruit” and yet she demonized bananas 5 second ago. Man this health industry makes shyt so confusing.

I disagree, oats with milk and sugar will give you a spike, oats made with water with just berries and cinnamon will keep you full or longer without cravings, eggs sometimes with allergies and eggs can feed inflammation so it's different for everybody.

the gratitude i have for her is immense 🙏🏻 i hated feeling groggy during the day being unable to get anything done besides eating more and in turn gaining more fat 💀 it's a terrible cycle and i didn't know the dips were the cause and that i could actually manage it better, thank you so much for educating us in a way that's very easy to understand! 💝💝

I wish she could give more examples of what to eat. Not just saying "protein or fat", but saying the name of the food, as examples

I love eggs in the morning. It's true I feel less hungry with a protein breakfast. 😊

As someone who implemented your tipps into my life, it is wild to remember a time when I was hungry earlier than 4 hours after a meal! Everything is so much easier now.

I wish I had learned this 70 years ago.

My favorite advice you've shared is offering veggies before dinner. This has been such a game changer for us. Large dinners can be spread out and eaten the next night. I can use chopped up veggies as ingredients for other meals that we finish that night instead of tossing them out. I loved the Mediterranean diet while I was on it. I'm trying to get back on it now that I'm doing better mentally.

Tip for those wid a binge eating disorder: keep going with d savoury breakfast as recommended in d channel, but definitely add complex carbs to all 3 meals of d day. Or it wud trigger an intense binge cycle dat cud last a few days. Keep reducing d quantity of carbs in ur meals gradually, over a few months or even an year.
Before ur periods: increase ur carb intake by a bit, bcuz d fall in estrogen levels cud cause intense cravings to binge.
Most importantly, is u have to choose between ur diet or ur mental health. Always prioritise mental health. With ur mental health in place, u are less likely to feel d need to binge.
Maintanence breaks: while trying to recover from binge eating, don't try to improve every month. After u have worked on recovery for 2 months, take a maintenance break. It doesn't mean that u can binge however u want, it means d break is a period where u don't have to focus on making progress. U simply have to maintain d progress u have achieved so far.
All d best ❤❤❤
