Dream Chaser Tenacity Is Taking Shape & Almost Complete

All throughout the space industry, different companies are working on new and innovative ways to access space. Sierra Space is no exception with the work on Dream Chaser, an ambitious and unique spaceplane intended to transport humans and cargo to low Earth orbit. In recent months, the company has made very impressive progress on the launch vehicle as it gets closer to its first official launch attempt.

Specifically, just a few days ago Sierra Space provided an update on the progress of Dream Chaser. This included information and a video highlighting the construction of Tenacity. This progress is just a part of the continued work Sierra Space has put into this project over the past few years. However, now in early May, the company is getting very close to a flight-ready Dream Chaser.

Dream Chaser is not only meant to be reusable but also features different variants. These features are meant to make the most of the design after winning a vital contract from NASA for a Commercial Resupply to the International Space Station. Excellent idea when you involve more than one company and a lot of dedicated genius engineers and workers solving problems. Great company.

Has any of these companies ever had their engineers look into the property of the slag and residues of the waste byproducts created in making materials like metals. The slag is skimmed off then discarded. But its survived high heat in the process. May some times throughing the baby away with the bath water. May have materials or substances that could be used as heat shields or radiation shields in then.

Dream chaser should have been picked for commercial crew. But glad NASA kept the Dream alive picking them for delivery service.

Also do you know what the power generation is are there disposable solar panels like dragon also what. Is the undocked flight duration?
