If I were to describe each company (also from what I've seen at others doing covers), I'd say:
SM: Technique
JYP: Style
YG: Swag
Hybe: Power

SM does smooth expressive dancing.
JYP has the power in every move.
YG screams swag as they hit step by step.
HYBE is detailed and uses hype bold movements.

I don't know why but the shirtless Rain is so accurate 😂 but this is so good. You can see the different musical types from each company. It's amazing.

SM has noticeable less movement per beat but very graceful.
JYP has balance of power and control.
YG is what we can consider a "vibe-y" dance. Not needed to ride the beat but just match the movements with the overall vibe of the songs.
HYBE has emphasis on both the movement interpreting the melody and lyrics (sometimes) and hitting beats per step.

Cool video! Thanks for this!

JYP for power
JYP/YG for hype
SM/JYP/YG/HYBE for cheerful (felt all the same)
SM/HYBE for sexy (SM is a more mature version whereas HYBE has a much softer approach)
SM for soloists (felt the most well rounded)
YG for exciting (HYBE didn't feel as exciting)

Based off of the above:

JYP is great for power and hype, as well as cheerful concepts, and has a great unique ability to mix all 3 to push some great sounding songs.
SM is great for its well rounded solo artists, and covers a more mature version of the sexy concept as well as cheerful songs very broadly.
YG is great for cheerful and exciting music and shifts between taking advantage of their mastery of both with all of their artists.
HYBE is great for cheerful music while also covering a more softer approach to a mature concept that is much more marketable to younger teenagers.

Criticism:

Although JYP have a lot of powerful, hyped and cheery songs, and have mastered this clearly, I think it would be nice to see more title tracks that reach outside of the box. I feel like they need to push soloists a lot more, and a more mature concept here or there or a more genuine vibe wouldn't be a bad thing to experiment with for future concepts.

SM have some amazing solo artists that are ultimately renowned for being well rounded, they've shown good ability to cover more mature sexy concepts, as well as cheerful concepts. However, SM's artists are also very well known for their adaptability, and I feel like they've been sticking too much to the same few concepts which is unfortunate because it doesn't allow all of their artists to demonstrate the adaptability they have. It would be nice to see SM improve in the hype category, I feel like if they were to combine that concept with the concepts they've already mastered, it would create an insane 4th gen.

YG are well known for their exciting, hyped and cheerful concepts, however I feel this really stunts their ability to go head to head with the 4th gen market. I feel like they need to branch more into powerful concepts to move forward with their 4th gen with something new that sets their new gen apart from their seniors; something that affected BP when they debuted was that they struggled to develop their own name as a group, constantly being compared to their seniors 2NE1 due to concepts that were so similar if not exact.

HYBE are able to cover cheerful music well and have also shown that they are more than capable of covering a more softer approach to the sexy concept, however in comparison to the other 3, this is where it becomes apparent that HYBE desperately needs to develop in order to give their 4th gen a better chance of standing out in the market. Currently their groups cover basically similar concepts, and it causes the juniors to be compared to and paired with their seniors constantly versus standing out as an artist. HYBE definitely need to look into developing their powerful concept more for their newer groups, maybe even the hype concept too occasionally. They're also the most lacking out of all 4 in terms of solo artists.

Conclusion:

In all honesty there really is no "best agency" in terms of concepts, the one you consider the best at the end of the day, is whichever agency which produces concepts that matches your mood the best in that moment. One day it could be SM, the next it could be YG. All of these agencies have their strong points, but they also have quite a few weak points, especially HYBE, for example, who would struggle against JYP if they decided to try for a powerful concept currently.

All 4 have growing to do, some more majorly than others, but I'd say above all it's rather unfortunate to see some if not all of them sticking to the exact same concepts even with newer groups. That being said, I'd say the most well rounded agency in terms of artist concept is likely a tie between SM and JYP.
