it just mind boggling to see the avg age for respective countries and India outshines every other country in that regard. India truly is blessed to have such an amazing youngsters as representative of India worldwide. India domination has just started and within few years it will be a chess juggernaut that no one would stand a chance.

No Indian channel should be promoting Kasparov. He bullied the young Vishy in the 1995 World Championship. Kasparov was defending the title, and when he fell behind by losing game 9, in game 10, every time he made a move, he would get up and slam the door behind him so hard the room shook. Anand was not used to seeing such brutish behavior, and did not know what to do -- he did not complain to the arbiter. This is the kind of person Kasparov is.

Top two women’s candidates, Chinese. World Men’s Chess Champion, Chinese. World Women’s Chess Champion, again Chinese.
Headlines, “Indian outwits China”. India will be a half decent country once this kind of fluffing stops overhyping themselves 🙂

@4:07 - So many typos here - names of Hikaru Nakamura, Alexander Grischuk and Wei Yi are misspelled. Also, Anand is still India #3 with 2751, while Pragg is #4 with 2747.

Indian should win more world championships and organise more tournaments. Mahindra global chess league should be played in India with more Indian players. Market drives everything.

Then India should slowly claim positions in FIDE and force them to recognise the India origins of chess and reclaim old Indian names and essence of chess.

Rupa Ramani made very important comments. Let’s take up Chess is Indian game” in very forum and opportunity.

The advantage for India is that such great players like Gukesh, Arjun, Pragg, Vaishali, are here and they are 22 years or less.
So potentially, this statement could become true in the next 5 years.
Let us see Workd Champion Ding Liren vs Gukesh in November. Ding being quiet and preparing hard (typical Chinese strategy) worries me for Gukesh and India.
And Ding Loren is nowhere yet near Magnus Carlsen’s talent, the G.O.A.T. of chess.

Mis-info again: Vaishali and Pragg are not the first sibiling grandmasters.

"outwitting"? That's a really bad choice of words. India is producing a lot of GMs. That's a great thing. But how's that outwitting? Do you even know what that word means?

Nothing like Vishali will loose against Chinese and it's going to be repeated in world championship even if Polish Gentle Man helps to Gukesh but Ding Liren may be actin g like but he is going to rise like Bruce Lee so I am sure Ding Liren will easily win Gukesh.

But next candidates matches Pragg will win and toss Ding Liren in next world championship

Because as per Visvanathan Anand wishes Pragg let Gukesh to win candidates matches by loosing against Gukesh but Pragg is always like Mangoes won't allow Ding Liren to win next world championship
