Seems Shaka didn’t understand the meaning of 1 for 1 rule. It means Barcelona won’t have problems of registering players in the near future. It was approved late which is why Olmo and Pau can’t be registered, and the delayance of approving it seems like a foul play which is why Barca think they can still do it
