And he's not being disrespectful in any way. It's just a communication of building understanding and possible solutions when certain phases need possible tweaks.

It's embarrasssing when you include "HIT BACK" in the title just to get views. You don't have to do that tabloids stuff to get views, because folks already respect AMAZON PRIME Video Sport. And he didn't HIT BACK, but clearly stated his point in a respectful way to the manager.

Shame on you Prime for re uploading this with this headline. You don't need this. Please be professional.

He asked if it was clear to the players, kimmich basically said no. Then his response was to say haven't we discussed this? And seemingly wasn't happy about kimmich telling him the truth.
Communication is key, but that goes both ways, talking and listening.

This is normal in any professional setting in Germany, speaking your mind is normal and is not seen as rude. Honesty is valued above everything else and can help resolve problems or missunderstandings faster.

Joshua was being respectful 100%. But I respect Hansi Flick as well as we listed to Kimmich to the fullest and then he responded. This is beautiful. This is what the game is. And I thank Amazon for uploading moments like these as it’s something the viewer almost never gets to see .

Kimmich could become a great manager in the future. His football intelligence is very high and he has worked under a lot of great coaches through the years - Guardiola, Ancelotti, Heynckes, Flick himself.

Respekt an ihn.

It's just an honest exchange between coach and players. Flick asks if anything is unclear and Kimmich suggests that the 4-2-3-1 struggles against the opposition 5 at the back. Flick then explains that he's told them what to do, in that situation.. But Kimmich is suggesting the players don't "like it"... Reality is, players are there to carry out the coach's game plan. At the same time, the coach/Manager needs to get the players to buy into, how he's setting them up to play. It's a cool insight into that aspect of the game tbh ✨

Guy is like the perfect player..you don’t ever see him caught up in scandals or drama. He doesn’t care about being the highest paid or most famous, doesn’t care about being the goal scorer or face of the club/country. He trains hard and studies the game and of course always observing the pitch and voicing his opinion to his coach/teammates on what he’s seeing. Last but not least he’s always respectful and never has an ego. As a Madrid fan I wish we had him 👏

"hits back" more like the coach asked if anyone had a question. 🤡 whoever wrote that title.
