*THE SESSION*
Today's Yin Yang Yoga class for Autumn opens with standing balances to support posasana (rope/noose pose) variations. Seated shapes stretch through the upper body and hips. A dolphin flow works deeply into the arms and back for increased flexibility.

*THE SERIES*
Experience a tender yoga practice that combines the soft and lingering aspects of gentle and restorative yoga with the revitalizing power of hatha and yin. This Yin Yang 8-week yoga series flows through dynamic and still movement to mirror the ebbs and flows of seasonal change as we move from summer towards winter. Enjoy an autumnal practice to situate you in the beautiful change. Come to any number of sessions.

I hold certifications as Reiki Master, yoga instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, indoor cycling instructor, and BodyPump instructor, which I have aquired since I began working in the fitness industry in 2002.
