For a while I was confused by Spencer Smythe’s lack of presence. Now I realize: the point of this mission is not to stop him specifically, but to stop his plans.

It's a bunch of busy work that most people would have done over a couple of weeks. The game could have easily put the suit behind a single new villain sector rather than a glorified challenge card.

I don't understand why they couldn't make Spider-Man an actual mission chain like they did with BP or Hawkeye. They could've easily fitted in someone from his Rogue's Gallery such as Doc Ock or Green Goblin working with AIM.
