This is an amusing compilation that was made of my conducting style during the sold out live performance of "Loving The Silent Tears" at the beautiful Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, October 27, 2012.
It starred 2-time Grammy winner Jon Secada, Grammy winner Jody Watley, Grammy winners Black Uhuru; Tony winners Michael Maguire, Debbie Gravitte, and Kiril Kulish; Grammy nominee Siavash Shams, Katie McMahon, Liel Kolet, Mark Janicello, Camilla Abou-Odah, and more!
Award-winning composers were asked to set to music poetry of the world-renowned spiritual teacher, humanitarian, Vegan, poet and artist Supreme Master Ching Hai: 5-time Grammy winner & Oscar nominee Jorge Calandrelli ("Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"), 2-time Oscar winner Al Kasha ("Seven Brides for Seven Brothers"), Emmy winner Doug Katsaros ("Footloose"), 2-time Grammy winner & Oscar nominee Henry Krieger ("Dreamgirls"), Tony and Emmy winner Don Pippin ("Oliver!"), Grammy winner Nan Schwartz ("Harry Potter..."), and Oscar and 2-time Grammy winner David Shire. Orchestrations by Doug Katsaros.
