Hello. I have a package coming from China to Indonesia. But suddenly the package was in Transit country India. On 18/9 the tracking says “Item presented to Import customs” then on 22/9 the tracking info says “item presented to export customs”. What does this means? And my package been stuck at India (Transit country) for 5 days. Im using EMS.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks
