Wash & chop
Take a Jar
Add onion chopped 2-3
Garlic 6-8
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Grind into paste
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard, cumin 1 tsp
Red chilli dry 2-3
Urad dal
Curry leaves
Saute / add paste
Mix well
Cook 2-3 min
Add chopped spinach
Mix it
Cook 4-5 min
