Want the sun but not all the chemicals in sunscreen?
Like PABA, Tolamine salicylate, ensulizole, octisalate, homosalate, octocrylene, octinoxate, oxybenzone and avobenzone?

Did you know that coconut oil is a natural sunscreen?

Here is some advice for how to use it effectively.

Excellent point about not wanting to block ALL UV rays as they are beneficial. Skin cancer is the highest amongst the northern regions where there's little to no sun. Makes you wonder whether it's really the sun causing the cancer or the lack of sun. My people(turks) are constantly in the sun and they've never heard of skin cancer up till a decade ago... when sunscreen products were introduced there. Btw, do your kids have a daddy? You're gorgeous! ;)

My understanding is that coconut oil will bake your skin, it’s unrefined coconut oil that helps protection from the sun. The particles from the coconut left in the oils is what blocks the UV.

Apply olive oil for beach .
Moreover apply yoghurt on your face and neck for 15 min and get rid of blackheads and past sun damage.
