We remember how hard it was trying to work out how to emigrate, so we have put together these tips to help make your emigration adventure run smoothly! I’m at the beginning of the process i feel very overwhelmed but these videos have been so informative. I’m a nurse so my job is on the skills list. I now just need to figure out where to start as I will also be moving with hubby and 3 kids. What i didn’t realise is how expensive it all is but I’m sure if I get there one day I won’t remember the cost x

I know this may seem fairly obvious to many but I will mention it anyway. The topic of climate & seasons. Most people know that the seasons are back to front down under & that the summers are a little warmer than the UK. So just as you are unlikely to take a chicken out of the freezer & put it straight in the oven then it is not a good idea to arrive in the middle of an Australian summer. We can generally tell who are the new arrivals in January by their vivid pink colour. Great video by the way.

You mentioned this on your list of things to do but I believe it is very important to know that pets coming into Australia face strict quarantine rules that can be lengthy and expensive. I recently found your channel. I love it, it’s so informative. I did my medicals 2 weeks ago for visa 189. My IMMI account is saying processing. So I checked processing times. I almost fell off my chair. 46 months. Can it really take that long to get an outcome ??
