Kit base kit(unironically) is balanced, 1600k damage wasn't enough, he used to lose almost every interaction in high level.

The only problem is the gadget and tank boring combos.

I personally play it a lot, one of my mains but i also agree that he is annoying and the gadget and ultimate attached to teammates should be reworked
