Why do 100 percentilers get rejected from IIM A B C? Does this sound weird? How can someone not get a call or even convert one after getting a 100%ile in CAT. Patrick Dsouza explains how this happens.

100%ile does not guarantee a call nor a convert from IIM A, B or C. There are many examples of aspirants who haven’t got a call from these institutes. It is important to understand the criteria these institutes use to give out calls.

Further, the final selection depends on the PIWAT process. A good interview is important to convert the call and it is important to hence work hard to get there.
