Elon Musk challenges Vladimir Putin to 'single combat'

Billionaire Elon Musk has challenged Russian President Vladimir Putin to a duel to decide the fate of Ukraine.

Mr Musk tweeted the challenge to Mr Putin, writing in a mixture of English and Russian.
