Great review, also went with the Peak Design mount from a Quadlock for the same reason very compact so you can get the phone exactly where you want it.

Finally, someone will show you how to unmount the PD mount system! In all their commercials they only show how easy it is to snap but not how to remove it from the mount. So thank you so much for this clarification!

Great video!! I see ads for the "Quad Lock" all the time, and recently saw a YouTube video of a young gal who preferred the "Peak Design" phone mount over other designs...so I looked into the "Peak Design". Glad I found this video, "Peak Design" for the win!!

Great video! I went with a Quadlock for the sole reason they are the only ones with a case for my phone. Went to this from a Ram X-grip when I bought a second motorcycle and coincidentally a new phone at the same time. This is more convenient than an X-grip, but less versatile when you have a 'non-mainstream' phone.

Good honest reviews, iv got the Quadlock with wireless charger that makes fitting and removing the phone a bit easier. The quadlock is very expensive for what it is but the upside is after a year I still have my phone in good working order

I would have a peak design model, "IF" it had a fast charger similar to the one available from Quadlock. Until then, I will be sticking with my Quadlock.

Quadlock guy since iPhone 10. Case options are available for MagSafe or original case. Lots of mounting options for motorcycle too; and wireless charging. I don't mind the blue tab being plastic. It's all about weight. You don't even see it when your phone is mounted. I suppose it's plastic and flexible cause it makes it easier to unmount your iPhone too. I also think the vibration mechanism works much better than the Peak Design even though it looks bigger. Again, you don't see it with your iPhone mounted. Finally, not a fan of the fabric case. Especially for outdoor activities. It's all a matter of preference. My partner has the Peak Design system on his bike and he likes their design aesthetics better. Both are a good choice! You should have a kind of 'key' with the SP with which you can rotate the back of the phone case, you do not need to unscrew the mount itself.
