Δεν ξεκίνησαν απλώς να δουλεύουν μαζί. Έχτισαν μια ολόκληρη ζωή με άξονα τη φροντίδα.

Στην αρχή ήταν τα τηγανίσματα στο σπίτι. Μπακαλιάρος ξαλμυρισμένος, φασόλια στον νταβά, ψάρια και σαλάτες που ετοίμαζε η κυρία Σόνια και έφευγαν κάθε μέρα για το μαγαζί. Από τη μικρή κουζίνα του σπιτιού τους, γεννήθηκε η βάση για κάτι πολύ μεγαλύτερο.
Κάπως έτσι, το σπίτι μετατράπηκε σε προέκταση του εστιατορίου — ή ίσως και το αντίστροφο. Όπου υπήρχε αγάπη, υπήρχε και εργασία. Και το αντίθετο.
Για κάποιους, η κοινή δουλειά είναι ανάγκη. Για άλλους, γίνεται ιστορία.

They didn't just start working together. They built a whole life around caring.
In the beginning it was home frying. Codfish skimmed, beans in the dava, fish and salads prepared by Mrs. Sonia and left for the store every day. From the small kitchen of their home, the basis for something much bigger was born.
Somehow, the house became an extension of the restaurant - or perhaps the other way around. Where there was love, there was work. And vice versa.
For some, shared work is a necessity. For others, it becomes history.
