There should be lots of lower level Russian soldiers who are just waiting to give names and testify against their officers who gave the orders, snipers who shot civilians for fun, torturers, rapists. As there were witnesses to what the Red Army did when taking Berlin in the closing days of WWII. As far as I know there were no prosecutions then, let's hope it is different this time. Above all of that I just wish this war would end now.

Oh I agree we need tribunals for war criminals those images were horrifying and having to see it in person must be 10 times worse the people living there the citizens have to see that every day with no relief in sight. You might have them check on that radiation plant it could be leaking radiation too.
