Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the U.N. Security Council on Tuesday to bring attention to what he is calling the "genocide" in his country, calling for the international community to hold Russia accountable. CBS News correspondent Pamela Falk is at the United Nations in New York with more.

Going off of past history, it doesn't take long to realize the justice process is not always fast and so the tone of wanting those responsible brought to justice might be the expression of what is hoped for and sought after it could also encourage those being sought to try and find a hideout and so it might be better to communicate these things to the establishment of power and not so often to the media or to the persons of interest.
