ALADDIN Broadway reopening Welcome Speech! Casey Nicholaw feat Alan Menken & Chad Beguelin 9/28/2021

On September 28, 2021, Disney's Aladdin on Broadway played its first performance since the unprecedented shutdown of the industry due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic.

Before the show began, director/ choreographer Casey Nicholaw welcomed the masked, vaccinated crowd to the New Amsterdam Theatre, pointing out legendary composer Alan Menken and librettist/ co-lyricist Chad Beguelin in the audience.
