I absolutely LOVED seeing this on Broadway when we were in New York for my birthday 2 years ago. Our first trip to the U.S from England, and this show was one the highlights of our stay!

holy crap! Michael Maliakel looks like they literally brought Aladdin from the animated film to real life! Shoba, too! I can’t wait to see them in the costumes.

This is bittersweet to me because I got a callback for Aladdin before the pandemic. I didn't get it. Then COVID hit and my work permit took forever to get processed because of the shutdowns so I couldn't work for over a year. Now I feel like I can't make it in this business anymore bc my skill isn't there, and I'm 2 years older than when I was auditioning. I gave up my entire life to pursue this dream and it feels like it's slipping away.
