I spent 3 hrs with Samsung only to find my phone wasn't registered with them, but my financing is registered with them and I even have 6-7 Samsung apps on my phone. I was going around in circles....from the Samsung Pro then downgrading to Customer Care, then back to the same guy from Samsung Pro. I was fed up and decided to go to my trusted Youtube and boom, the 1st short 3 min. video. I didn't even need to listen to the whole video. I immediately followed the instructions and in less than 35 seconds located the whole trajectory of my phone without even putting in my phone number. I love YOUTUBE! LOVE LOVE LIKED YOU

Sadly, I tried doing this and it wouldn’t show the location, as well as its battery, wifi connection etc. It wouldn’t let me play a sound either but I appreciate your help :) you help a lot of others find their phones and for that I’m grateful 😁

wow this is an awesome feature, in 12 years I had never lost a mobile phone for more than like 5 minutes, I had been tearing my house apart. This finds device so i knew it was in my home then makes it play a loud sound even if set to silent. I was losing my mind looking, I had put it down then apparently put a box ontop of it.

Thank you I forgot my phone on the bus I kept ringing my phone for 30 minutes then sending messages for 20 mins i'll tell yall if I find my phone.

Dope. Spent the whole morning looking for my phone. Knew it was at the gas station bc it kept connecting to my car stereo but I couldn't call bc ringer was off. Ended up basically doing janitorial services for free at the gas station. Changing out trash bags and everything. Was almost ready to throw in towel, until I googled this feature I never knew existed. In spite of ringer being off the phone still rang and I found it in minutes. Someone put it on top of one of the broken gas pumps, but there were banners surrounding it so I couldn't see. Had to reach over and feel for it.

Technology and security is rendered useless without it being connected to a Wi-Fi or turned on...
My phone was stolen and i am still refreshing find my device in hope it eventually is turned on
