I have a friend who use to do this in Waikiki. He used a snorkler and went out deep. He had lots of stuff he found over the years. Safety deposit boxes chucked full. So many people doing the main drag that not much left so he went a route no one else dared to do. His oxygen pump floated above him with a small anchor to keep it from drifting back onto land. Quite the setup.

I have to agree, she had a full wallet of cash and could have been gracious enough to offer him a bit of cash. Afterall, she lost the wallet with ID, credit cards and cash and I'm sure she wasn't thinking she'd ever find it.
