To clarify:
These spells exist in Special Edition too, they were originally part of the Creation Club though. But when the CC was first added they, along with Survival Mode, were given out for 0 credits. I still have them in my Special Edition copy on both Steam and Xbone because I linked my Bethesda account to both.

How to play skyrim. Step 1. get the unicorn from the librarian at the college. Step 2. Go to Hobs Cave and take everything there. The rest...you'll figure it out. It really doesn't matter.

Another spell within that chest is capable of instantly leveling your destruction to 100

Honeslty though the spells in that chest make you a god if you build your character right I'm talking killing enemies before you even know they are there. Killing every npc in a town type thing

It's not only in anniversary but it was introduced in legendary edition

It should also be notted that because it is a popup option to instantly unlock it, you do not gain experience in the lockpick skill.

It has all the same stuff.

Ngl unless you where playing survival mode. This spell, as well as all the other spells in that chest basically make the game “EZ “ mode for any sneak/mage build . I remembered using it the first year the legendary came out. Absolutely cracked out, even without buffs and skills . In fact you might just save some skill points using these .

It’s available in the anniversary edition, or the anniversary remastered, or remastered platinum, or the remastered remastered gold anniversary edition

Or you can use the mod Ordinator which gives better perk trees. In the lockpicking perk tree one of the higher perks is to bypass any lock of expert and below difficulty.
