For me, as a Russian person, there is a big difference. But I understand you perfectly. The Russian language is quite complex.

Только начав учит нормально английский, я поняла, насколько сложный мой родной Русский язык... Хотя до сих пор хочется плакать от всех этих артиклей и on-in в английском 😅

I am studying Russian and i am more than grateful to my latin and ancient greek courses at school. Latin and ancient greek make a lot more easy to understand Russiam grammar

I love Russian's grammar not only because of this, but also because you can switch words in sentences and it will still have the same meaning while in English it won't make any sense

People, it’s called declension. And it is common to many languages.
It’s not that Russian has “more” words, every word, I mean every noun, has 6 (or 7) cases...

Literally I'm confused....Потому что я только начал учить русский язык и теперь знаю только значение u. Но, увидев значение такого количества U, я сошел с ума.😅

I’m learning Russian right now as best I can with Duolingo and so far I’m doing ok, but every time I think I’m getting it there’s yet another way to say say one thing in several different ways depending on who, what, where, when and how many of whatever there is lol. Like I’m trying to learn about plurals right now and I’m confused but it makes sense at the same time haha. So far I really love this language!
