The Flash is in this ultimate and awesome DC Comic where he has his last race with Eobard Thawne, AKA, The Reverse Flash. This is crazy because Reverse Flash is faster then Barry Allen, but The Flash beat him, killed him, and forgives him. The Flash in this comic is the happiest he's ever been and the Reverse Flash disappears.

Barry didn't necessarily "kill" Thawne, but rather he reset his timeline. By removing Thawne's relationship with Barry, he would never become Reverse Flash and instead stay as a normal Flash fan of the future.

Thawne didn’t die, he was reset. Right now he’s a normal guy and curator of the Flash museum. He even insulted a statue of his old villain self for being a sad man filled with hate.

He didn't kill him. He reset his timeline by grounding him, he was no longer a living paradox, and therefore his history was altered by the changes of the timeline. Eobard Thawne was reset as just the curator of The Flash Museum in the twenty-fifth century with zero memories of his time as Reverse Flash, whose identity is now a mystery. The villain and his crimes are fixed points, however, but Barry gave Eobard a second chance to live his life without hate. That is until someone in the near future will figure out a way to bring him back.
