Turn the mat on it’s side if you want more space. Try that or the full size? But i do agree ; a medium would be good. I adore you. I admire your tenacity, . You have patience and spunk. You bring light to my life. Thank you.

Try turning the Waffle Flower mat from portrait to landscape, it will give you more room on the sides and still provide enough room on top.

Love the card. You can turn the mat to the side to get more room.

Great cards, JD! 😃 Flowers and butterflies don't cut it with the guys in my family but these would be greatly appreciated! 👍 Thanks for the idea. Stay safe!! 😍

Best media mat is a silicon braking mat. Cheap, large, easy to wipe, has a little edge in case you like to spritz water on your card. Check it out on Aliexpress or eBay.

Yeah I have seen those mats too but I think if I were to get one I would just get the bigger one for $16 more dollars and it also has the 12 reservoirs for whatever mixed media supplies you are working with. Great cards!

Nice cards, JD, as usual! I like side-fold cards because I think they stand up better than top-fold cards, which always seem to sag after standing for a little while. Plus, every time I try to open a top fold card, it seems awkward! To each his own!

For these pieces you can turn the media mat 90°. Turn it horizontal and you would have more space on 3 sides, left, top and right.

That's beautiful! I've got 3 sets of Altenew cubes that just bead up on the Altenew stamps I have, I was so disappointed with them, and they cost a lot of money, but I never thought of using them for blending, so think I'm going to have a go. The stamps were seasoned, tried all my other inks, including Distress ink, and the all stamped better. But that's a great idea, I will try it, thank you ❤️
