These videos are awesome! I've also learned after my last shoulder surgery three years ago, that while in recovery, a racer strap back (looks like an x) helps redirect pressure and helps reduce pain on the surgical shoulder. Good luck to all!

Thank you again for addressing issues that nobody else addresses. My reverse replacement is rescheduled and I’m now 10 days away. I really appreciate all of your advice. Thank you.

You are a lifesaver! I have just spent 15 min trying to put on my bra with just one arm and that arm started hurting... I almost started crying out of desperation. I am trying to practice before my surgery This is an amazing technique, thank you so, so much!

I step into my bra as I wear one with bones in it (I'm well endowed and need the support) and it works for me. I wasn't able to bring it over my head so I hook it and step into it. I ordered a larger size in the beginning so it would go up easily. That works for me.

I recently fractured my humerus in three places, I was unable to put on a bra for the first four weeks. My challenge is that my cup size is much larger than the model in the video - which made it even more difficult to use the various methods. At week 4, I managed to put on a front zip bra using the technique that she demonstrated for front clasp. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for this. I don't have a surgery date yet, hopefully soon, but have a torn rotator cuff in my dominant arm that needs surgical repair. In the process of gathering information for after care and this tutorial was so helpful. Several comments from friends that have had it, mention going braless, but unless sleeping, I just can't. It feels really weird to me and I need to wear a bra and as overwhelming as recovery will be, having some type of "normal" routine with regards to dressing is going to be helpful for the mental part.

Thank you so much for these videos! I didn't think I would even be able to put a bra back on for a while, after having proximal humerus fracture surgery a week ago! Your other videos are extremely helpful, too. I really appreciate the tips!

Thank you. Very useful video.😄 I've just had a rotator cuff repair and stabilisation in my dominant arm. I couldn't put the strap up on the side with the surgery because it was much too painful and a dressing the size of an American Footballer shoulder pad - so I started off just letting that strap hang loose - got annoying though. It's since evolved into wearing a strapless bra that has an option for straps - on one side I've put the strap on, but not attached it on the painful side. Also, to make it easier to swivel the bra around, I use bra extenders. Still supportive enough - I'm hardly going to be jumping around!! 😜

Thank you! This worked really well for me. I’m 4 weeks out of a total shoulder replacement and my physical therapy starts today so I wanted to wear a bra out in public.

Another brilliant video. I had to wear vests for 6 months until I was strong enough to use the first method. I bought two front closing bras and surprisingly couldn’t work with them

This makes me feel better. I'm single and fixing to have my rotator cups operated at the end of August . I will start practicing these moves and hopefully feel better when it happens. Thanks so much for your help.

I just broke my wrist in 2 places. I am not very big on top, but I am used to wearing a bra regardless. They make an aid now, but it wouldn't get here for at least a week. I can't thank you enough for this video!

I so appreciate your videos. I have watched many, many of them. I have had rotator cuff repair for both shoulders. That was 9 years ago. Now, I'm facing repair for both shoulders again or reverse shoulder replacements for one or both shoulders. My surgeon wants to repair them, if possible, rather than replace them because replacements just don't last that long. Your videos have given me hope. Thank you so much.

Much easier said than done if you're in the overweight category and have a large cup bra.

Thank you so much for this video. I am a retired occupational therapist but I really was having trouble figuring out if I was going to even be able to wear a bra after shoulder replacement.
