ASO Ankle Stabilizer Brace: How To Put It On

The ASO Ankle Stabilizer Brace is a common brace used after an ankle sprain or during the later stages of rehabilitation after ankle surgery. It is recommended by Physicians at the Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute.
This video by JOI demonstrates how to put on an ASO correctly. It is important to wear a sock under the ASO and a shoe over the ASO. Sneaker are recommended. Don't wear Sandals with an ASO.

My foot doctor gave me this to use as a foot brace. But I see more of ankle brace. My right foot turns outwards when I walk is there a different brace I can use that can staple my foot more not my ankle. But I am assuming this is why a sprained my ankle a lot because my foot turns out. I have not sprained it since I got this brace. But I tried running a little bit and I felt like I was going to sprained the top part of my foot
