I once visit Turkey and I have tried this bath and believe me it was really painfull but after the bath finishes, I feel like my body was in heaven, I never get such a relaxation in my entire life.

Im in Türkiye, I just got a hammam, It wasn’t very painful, I quite liked it because i felt clean and relaxed after, but of course this can depend on how gentle your washer is. 😁

I went with my Turkish friend to a Hamal and he was translating everything, like asking if I wanted cold or hot water, but suddenly the guy who was massaging me told my friend to please be quite and that he knew what his clients want 😂

I have major back injuries and cannot have much pressure on my back at all. Is the language barrier such that I could communicate to them to only do very light pressure on my back?
