They are like $600 a week plus a $300 dollar set up fee. Very unrealistic for a new wholesaler in my opinion. Once you do deal maybe but there are VAs just as qualified for $3-4 dollars an hour. Your also paying for their boot camp. Im paying for their training that they can use not just for me but for any other company or client that hires them and they keep paying for the training also kinda of a weird format.... Unless they are exclusive to me why am I paying a training fee. He called it a start up fee but said its used to train the VA. Think Im going to pass on this for now.
