Great video. Keep it up!!! I faced my demons in my 2 last 50 mile Ultras these past 2 months that I finished. You learn a lot about yourself in those long distances, mentally and physically. I turn 50 years old in 2 weeks. I just started my Ultra habit now. I too just started using the MAF method only for last 4 weeks. LOL.

Great tips and thx for inspiring people around you to start this method. I'm on my way and been running maf almost a month now and it feels great. Slow but i already see improvements.

Didn't feel like running today, but your video did it again... I'm on my way out. Thanks for the inspiration! Oh, and for large puddles, I love my gore tex water-resistant running shoes ;-)
